This Week (May 18 – May 22): The contractor continued underground storm sewer work in the East Railroad Street intersection with WIS 22 and in the East Main Street / County BB intersection with WIS 22.

 

Next Week (May 26 – May 29): Storm sewer work will be completed in the South McKenzie Avenue intersection with WIS 22. The pipe crew will then move just north of East Railroad Street and begin pipe work working north toward West Park Street. The contractor will begin grading operations on the project near the South Garden Avenue intersection. They will work to the west towards Elm Avenue removing existing pavement, excavating the roadbed, and placing stone base course for the new pavement.

 

Traffic impacts: WIS 22 will be closed to thru traffic for the duration of the project. Access to driveways for property owners who live along WIS 22 will be maintained. During storm sewer and grading work, local traffic may not be able to pass through the area the contractor is working in.

 

Detour: WIS 22 will remain closed and detoured. The project detour route continues to use County H and County R.
