Here is the weekly update for the WIS 22 roadway project in Gillett. If you know of anyone else who would like to receive these updates, please let me know and I will add them to the list.

This Week (May 11 – May 15): The contractor began the next run of storm sewer installation, starting just north of the East Railroad Street intersection with WIS 22. Underground pipe work proceeded to the south toward the East Main Street / County BB intersection with WIS 22.

Next Week (May 18 – May 22): The contractor will continue storm sewer installation between the South McKenzie Avenue intersection with WIS 22 and the East Railroad Street intersection with WIS 22.

Traffic impacts: WIS 22 will be closed to thru traffic for the duration of the project. Access to driveways for property owners who live along WIS 22 will be maintained. During storm sewer work, local traffic may not be able to pass through the area the contractor is working in.

Detour: WIS 22 will remain closed and detoured. The project detour route continues to use County H and County R.
