March 2 – Weekly Update on STH 22 Utility Reconstruction

Work continues this week on the STH 22 Utility Reconstruction project with three crews operating in the following areas:

Crew 1
Crew 1 will be working on the sanitary main at the intersection of W. Main St. and S. Elm St., progressing west toward the west construction limits.

Crew 2
Crew 2 will be working at the intersection of W. Park St. and N. McKenzie St. There will be no through access onto Park St. from McKenzie St. until this work is completed. After the intersection work, the crew will continue south installing laterals on N. McKenzie St., and then west on W. Main St. for the remainder of the week.

Crew 3
Crew 3 will continue installing laterals on N. McKenzie St., starting north of W. Cedar St. They will work south toward Pine St. throughout the week.

Please avoid these work areas and use alternate routes, as there will be no through traffic where crews are operating.
